This week we celebrate Lesbians and show solidarity with all LGBTQ+ women and non-binary people across our communities. Lesbian Visibility Week also provides a platform to lift up all women from underrepresented groups, including bisexual, transgender and queer women around the world.
Lesbians are almost half as likely to be out in the workplace as their gay male colleagues, so we take the opportunity this week to celebrate and support Lesbians to be their authentic selves at work and everywhere.
